CEO

Mario Caprini is the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Group Enterprises, a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate developer specializing in complex, large-scale projects through Public-Private Partnership (P3) structures. With experience across North America and international markets, he brings deep expertise in real estate development, strategic financing, and public-sector collaboration. Mario has delivered more than 1,000 residential units and millions of square feet across industrial, office, retail, and medical assets, while managing a global portfolio exceeding one million square feet. He is recognized for advancing 100% financing models for qualified institutional projects, often structured at or near municipal bond rates, enabling transformative development while preserving capital and reducing public risk.

Eddy handles leasing and sales for both commercial and residential real estate. She possesses extensive knowledge of the local South Florida markets. She ensures that all commercial brokers align with our company processes and methods for each project.

Rebecca manages our CG Development Services group. Overseeing the CG portfolio and the strategic planning and execution of projects. She manages stakeholder relationships and responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Juan Carlos Ayala

Vice President of Developments

Juan Carlos is a licensed architect and development executive with 20+ years of experience across hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects. As Vice President of Developments at Capital Group Ventures, he leads projects from acquisition through construction. He previously held senior roles at Double C by Conconcreto, Terra Group, OBM International, and Starwood Waypoint, and holds a Master’s from Cornell University.

Project Coordinator

Felipe Castro Mejia brings international experience in project management and controls across U.S. and Colombia developments. His expertise includes BIM, ERP systems, and Earned Value Management, with a focus on design coordination, permitting, and cost and schedule control. He previously held roles at DCR Capital Partners, Conconcreto, and DoubleC Designs, and holds a Civil Engineering degree and a postgraduate diploma in Project Management from Universidad EAFIT.

Kishma serves as Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant at Capital Group Ventures, partnering with leadership to drive operational excellence and keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly. She brings over 10 years of experience supporting senior executives across financial services, higher education, and construction. Originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands, she holds a BBA from the University of the Virgin Islands and an MBA from Walden University.

Emily oversees day-to-day marketing and communications for Capital Group Ventures, supporting brand strategy, public relations, and stakeholder engagement across the company’s development portfolio. Her background spans nonprofit and corporate marketing communications.
