Our non-profit real estate development firm Synergy Community Development Center Inc. a 501c3 is complimentary to our for profit organization,. There are advantages only available to non profits in certain cases and this enable us to help communities and people access home ownership. We also offer community development tools and services such as business incubators and take part on portions of our larger projects to address the lower income components of a development.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Group, as well as being the founder of Capital Group P3 Developments, and Synergy Community Development Center, Mario is a seasoned veteran as a real estate investor, entrepreneur, builder developer, consultant and portfolio owner who has developed and built over 1,000 residential units, 5,000,000 square feet of industrial parks, and owned hundreds of thousands of square feet of office, retail and medical buildings. He managed his own portfolio more than 1,000,000 square feet and has done business in many countries. Some of the notable achievements in his career range from Entrepreneur of the year in Montreal, best residential project in Canada, to best office development in North East Ohio. Mario was the first Canadians to have clear title on ex-communist soil in Poland and created an international real estate partnership between private and public entities. As Chief Operating Officer, Richard is a principal of the organization and leverages decades of relationships throughout the industry to bring clients the services they need. Richard has over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction and has a Bachelor of Science from Clemson University in Construction Management. While Richard began his career in residential construction, he spent over 25 years working for Hensel Phelps; one of the largest building’s services, development and design build construction companies in the United States. Richard's career included holding nearly every position on projects overseeing the management of day to day operations at the project sites. In addition, Richard spent over 12 years in an executive leadership role in both the MidAtlantic Region and Southeast Region of the United States. This leadership role included managing all operations for the South Florida Regional Office business unit covering the Tri-County area and the Caribbean markets.
Richard's career involved projects from almost every market on both the public and private side of the industry. These market sectors include:

Richard's involvement in feasibility studies, project development, programming, design, construction and building services gives him a unique understanding of the entire life cycle of each project. His broad range of experience over all aspects of the project life cycle allows for long range vision and a comprehensive understanding of how each decision affects not just the short-term outcome but the long-term implications those decisions have on the maintenance, operational and sustainability of every building.
As a principal of the organization, Eddy Sua is responsible for all acquisitions and dispositions for our developments and creates strategic alliances with other specialized brokerage firms to accomplish project goals. Eddy is also the founder and Managing Broker of Capital Group Realty of South Florida AKA as “The Sua Team”. She was born in Colombia SA and moved to the United States at an early age. She has resided in South Florida since 1979 and has held significant positions at many recognized real estate brokerage companies including the international firms of Coldwell Banker, Exit Realty and Balistreri Realty.
Over her twenty-four-year tenure in the real estate business she has received many prestigious awards including being recognized as a Top Producer in the State of Florida.
Her track record includes representing hundreds of clients and generating a sales volume in the hundreds of Millions of dollars. she is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Buyer’s Agent, Certified Distressed and Foreclosure Specialist and E-Pro certified as well as being a Green Certified Agent. She has served as the secretary of the Women’s Council of Greater Palm Beach County. She also volunteers time, provides assistance and support to Synergy Community Development Center, a nonprofit organization helping the underprivileged with education and guidance with their housing needs and getting them on to the path to the American Dream of home ownership.
