Our non-profit real estate development firm Synergy Community Development Center Inc. a 501c3 is complimentary to our for profit organization,. There are advantages only available to non profits in certain cases and this enable us to help communities and people access home ownership. We also offer community development tools and services such as business incubators and take part on portions of our larger projects to address the lower income components of a development.

Eddy Sua is the founder and Managing Broker of Capital Group Realty of South Florida AKA as “The Sua Team”. She was born in Colombia SA and moved to the United States at an early age.
