Deerfield City Center is a landmark mixed-use development project delivering integrated commercial, retail, and civic space in the heart of Deerfield. Capital Group Ventures served as the Owner’s Representative and Program Manager, overseeing design coordination, procurement, and construction delivery from concept through commissioning.

The project involved close collaboration with municipal stakeholders, design teams, and multiple trade contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting the community’s long-term vision for a vibrant, sustainable urban center.
